Refund Policy

We at Maddox Candles maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges. 

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will then send you a replacement item, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for undamaged items. Thank you.
